Operative Clauses
- Solve the issues you outlined in the Preambs

- The second to last subclause should end in "; and,"
- The last Subclause should end in a semi colon (;)
Tips
- Capitalize: Member States, World, Internet, USD, any # less than or equal to 10
- DO NOT create a new committee, data base, or x. You can, however, assign tasks to an existing committee (under our purview)
Substantive Edits to look out for:
- Stats are sourced
- When referring to a UN doc, state the general function of said doc
- Use "Member State" unless the country in question is not a member of the UN. Then they are a "state"
- Spell out acronyms the first time they are used
- New committee
- Is there a current body that exists that does the same? Yes-- improve existing
- Logistically feasible?
- Who will be involved?
- What will it do? Founded? Begin to function?
- Where will it meet? How often? Who has to attend?
- Who will fund? (needs to be logistical)
